Foundation Board
 Jeffrey J Pollock | Jeffrey J. Pollock is currently Director of Business Strategies at The Verdi Group, Inc. a direct-marketing advertising agency in Rochester, New York. He is also founder and President of Blue Iguana Press, a company dedicated to on-demand digital publishing in Pittsford, New York. He was previously Vice President of Marketing for Instant Images, a business venture funded by the Trillium Financial Group. Prior to Instant Images, he was President of Silver Pixel Press, a spin-off publishing company from Eastman Kodak Company. He previously was Director of Worldwide Publishing Operations at Kodak.
Jeff is a member of the Rochester Chapter of the American Marketing Association, past president of the Landmark Society of Western New York, past president of Writers and Books, The Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester and past board member of the Girl Scouts of Genesee Valley. He is also a member of the Genesee Valley Land Trust. | | |
 Larry Hughsam | Larry Hughsam has over 25 years progressing financial experience in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. He is the Director, Finance & Treasurer at the Toronto Public Library - the busiest urban library system in the world - where he is in charge of all financial operations. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
Larry is an experienced board member and does volunteer work for a few charities, usually as Treasurer. Larry, who enjoys word travel, fitness, live theatre and films, was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica.

 Heather Rumball | Heather Rumball is also the President of the Toronto Public Library Foundation.
Prior to joining the Foundation in December, 2003 she worked as Vice President, Marketing & Fund Development for the Odyssium (science centre) in Edmonton, Alberta. She previously worked for the Stratford Festival of Canada as Annual Fund Director.
Heather is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Her first career was as a clinical dietitian at the University of Alberta Hospitals in Edmonton, Alberta.
A native Torontonian, Heather is passionate about the city and the Library’s central role in community building. Over the past three years, Heather has focused the Foundation’s work locally and internationally on awareness-raising, friend-raising and fund-raising, to help broaden and deepen support on behalf of the Library. Her other interests include endurance sports, sailing, opera, theatre and gardening.

 Pamela K. Harer | A retired California attorney now living in Seattle, Washington. Connoisseur appraiser (ASA) of books. Collector of children's books for the very young (30 years) with particular interest in pre-Victorian publications. I serve on the board of The Book Club of Washington (newsletter editor) and on the board of the Friends of the University of Washington Libraries. Member American Antiquarian Society. Rare Book School junkie (seven courses completed 1985-2007). Married 55 years to retired physician/Egyptologist. | | |
 Les Klinger | The study of the lives of Mr. Sherlock Holmes and John H. Watson, M.D., has been Mr. Klinger's consuming passion since 1998. He has published numerous articles on Sherlockiana and a number of books, among them The Life and Times of Mr Sherlock Holmes, John H. Watson, M.D., Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and Other Notable Personages. He also co-authored the revised edition of The Date Being—A Compendium of Sherlockian Chronologies. In 1998 Gasogene Books began publishing Klinger's Sherlock Holmes Reference Library, a projected nine-volume set (eight are in print), the first of which was The Adventures of SH. Klinger has twice received a "Special Sherlock Award" from Sherlock Holmes Detective Magazine for the best Sherlockian work: 1998 and 2002. Most recently, W. W. Norton has published Klinger's magnum opus, the three-volume work The New Annotated Sherlock Holmes. Klinger was invested as a member of the Baker Street Irregulars in 1999 with the name "The Abbey Grange." Presently, he is the Series Editor for the BSI History Series. In his remaining hours, Les is married to Sharon Flaum Klinger, has five children and three grandchildren, and practices tax, estate-planning, and business law full-time. | | |
 Glen Miranker | Glen Miranker has been "formally" involved with Sherlock Holmes since 1978, when he became a member of The Friends of Irene Adler invested as A Singular Introspector. His passion for building a Sherlockian library was ignited in 1977 when his wife Cathy Miranker presented him with a gift: an American first edition of The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes.
Miranker has spoken numerous times about Sherlock Holmes and book collecting including talks at: The Grolier Club; The Roxberg Club; University of Minnesota; Toronto Public Library. Miranker was invested in The Baker Street Irregulars as "The Origin of Tree Worship" in 1991. After a successful career in high-tech—his last position being Chief Technical Officer (for hardware) at Apple Computer—he is now engaged full-time in the next chapter of his life: books; woodworking; and non-profit institutions. | | |
